Safety Features
Supplied with an impressive list of standard safety features, the Apollo offers peace of mind with it’s in-car emergency telephone, infra-red door sensors, emergency battery backup lowering system and lighting. On top of that, the Apollo has a very easy to use external manual lowering valve, should the lift car ever need to be lowered.
Water Hydraulics
The Apollo lift utilises a direct-acting water hydraulic drive system to ensure a smooth and reliable ride, complemented by a pump and reservoir for continuous, environmentally friendly operation. This tried and tested hoisting method requires additional space above the lift or a trench for lowering the hydraulic cylinders, with their length determined by the lift car’s travel height. Lift Car Interior
The lift car frame, constructed from aluminum, is adorned with composite panels featuring shadow lines for a sleek look. A white composite ceiling panel, secured with shadow line and chrome fixings, adds to the aesthetic. Standard features include internal controls for each level, an emergency stop, stainless steel handrails, non-slip grey indoor-outdoor carpeting, a recessed emergency telephone in a control box, two recessed downlights, and light rays across the door entrance.
Landing Doors
Equipped with swing action doors featuring a mechanical lock, adjustable self-closing door closer, and electrical interlock, the entire assembly is integrated into the lift shaft. Door options include Redicote flush doors with optional glass view panels, pattern doors from the Hume/Corinthian internal door range, metal doors with optional glass view panels, and glass doors. Automatic door operators or sensory operation can be added as optional extras to assist in door operation.
