GBE Group aim to provide our customers with the highest possible level of service across a wide variety of electrical related disciplines while complying with all statutory and regulatory requirements related to each field.

The focus of the companyโ€™s activities always is total customer satisfaction.

  • Continually working towards improving our processes and systems to ensure our services meet and exceed customer expectations, while complying with AS3000 and other relevant Australian Standards
  • Adhering to WHS policies and procedures to ensure customer and employee safety is maintained.
  • Ensuring our employees are the best in their field through continual training and upskilling.
  • Developing, Implementing and Maintaining a Quality Management System based on the internationally recognised ISO9001:2015 standard.
  • Maintaining a culture of total employee involvement and teamwork, recognising that employee satisfaction has a direct effect on customer satisfaction.
  • Setting quality objectives, measuring their performance, and reviewing on a regular basis.

All Employees are expected to take Ownership, Responsibility and Accountability for Quality within their area of the business to ensure sustainability and profitability of the company.
