Women in Trades Event at Kotara High School

Recently GBE Group Apprentice Lucy Shilcock spoke at the Women in Trades event held at Kotara High.

Women in Trades is a not-for-profit that promotes trades and trades training as a viable career option for women and employers, run by a committed group of people from in and around the trades services industries.

Speaking as an ambassador for the organisation, Lucy shared her career pathway to becoming an apprentice with GBE, and the possibilities available for women thinking of taking an apprenticeship within the trades profession.
